What we believe in

• There is more to build than you think

  Within our field, AI, automation, software, apps, websites and digital products, very little is truly impossible. We investigate what is feasible first; we do not promise it in advance. If something turns out not to be feasible or sensible, we tell you honestly.

  Computers and software can do far more than most people think. We first find out whether something really works. If it does not, or if it is not wise, we tell you honestly.

• The problem decides the solution

  We do not sell a fixed package. First we understand what is really going on, then we choose the means. That might be AI, an integration, custom software or a website, or simply a small change to the process.

  We have no standard product to sell you. We first look at what is difficult for you. Only then do we choose what helps most. Sometimes that is something very simple.

• Ideas are welcome, even without technical knowledge

  AVENDOX builds new companies of its own with AI, and ideas from others are very welcome. You can come to us with a plan even without a technical background; together we turn unknown territory into familiar ground.

  Do you have an idea for a new product or company? You do not need to know about technology. Together we work out how your idea can become real.

• What works may help more often

  A solution that has proven itself in practice is carefully adapted for organisations with a similar challenge. What is reused is the approach or the software, never another organisation’s data, brand or agreements.

  Does something work well for one organisation? Then it can help another too. We reuse the approach, but never someone else’s data.

Three ways to move forward

1. Build

   Together we establish the real need. Then we design, build, test and improve in manageable steps. Technology follows the problem, and a simpler existing solution may be the best choice.

   We make something new that fits you exactly. We do it step by step, and you see it as we go.

2. Accelerate

   We recognise when a solution built earlier is valuable for you too, check whether it fits and adapt it carefully. That means quicker results with less risk.

   Is there already a solution that works well? Then we adapt it for you. That is quicker.

3. Venture

   We help you build a new company within our field; you remain the owner. When an idea calls for more, we can join forces as partners. Roles, contributions, ownership and the business model are agreed in advance. AVENDOX also continuously builds and launches ventures of its own, and puts that experience to work for you.

   Do you want to start a new company? We help you build it. If it fits well, we can also work together as partners. First we agree clearly who does what and who owns what.

A small core, a large team

AVENDOX works with a small core of people and a large, growing team of AI agents. Every agent has its own name, its own expertise and its own field. They research, track down opportunities and risks, prepare work and report what matters, so only the very best reaches you. The big decisions are made by a person: founder Max van Avendonk, who takes every decision that goes outside himself.
